[Resolved] Poorvika Mobiles — I'm complaining about poorvika mobile is selling defect phones | |||||
Dear sir, This is to inform you that I have purchased samsung galaxy j7 phone on 14th July 2016 from poorvika mobiles old washermenpet branch near maharani theatre. This phone I purchased to gift my cousin. At that I only checked camera clarity only. I purchased and kept with me but I never used I gifted him on 28th July. When he inserted his sim card he was unable to make calls. I went to samsung service centre to check what's wrong with this new mobile. They said that this is the defect piece the motherboard is damaged I asked repeatedly why is this problem they repeatedly saying that this a defect piece u have got. I was shocked to hear that I got cheated by poorvika mobiles old washermenpet branch. I went directly to poorvika mobiles showroom at 4p.m the sales person said manager is not available now come after 7p.m . Again I went there to check with the manager. He refuses to say his name and was very ruse he said we look only for sales and he refused to listen to me. I politely I explained him that I only checked camera clarity and not any other options.I request you to replace my phone immediately or otherwise I will take necessary actions on this. From the invoice date Brands providing 1 year service warranty, so as per Samsung warranty norms they have resolved the complaint.
So pls collect the handset from branch after 7pm today.
