I have purchased a mobile from Poorvika Perambalur Show Room on[protected]. he provide free insurance policy (Theft and Damage Protection (Free) from Poorvika Unfortunately my mobile was stolen, when I approached the poorvika customer care, they carelessly told “This is not in coverage”.

Kindly Consider my claim request. take necessary action pl.
