[Resolved] Poorvika Mobiles — irresponsible and irrespective employees | |||||
Hi, I wish to talk with poorvika high official with in today or i will file a complaint in consumer court. Its damn sure. My dad had purchased moto e4 plus - gold (Xt1770) on 27/12/2017 at time 12:21:18 (Invoice no. Gsi/meda/12037 in medavakam poorvika branch On 31/12/2017 the corresponding mobile moto e4 charger was not working. With in one week we had faced this issue, Today 31/12/2017 i had visited medavakam poorvika branch and explained the problem of moto e4 charger to store manager bala murali. He says that for this issue poorvika cant able to help, only solution is to visit moto service centre because after a sale the product responsibility is full of moto. Relationship between poorvika and customer ends after a sale of the product My question to poorvika, if the product has been sold out from poorvika. You wont help your customers if they face a problem in product with in a week??? You wont have customer retention. Bala murali is asking me to file a complaint in consumer court, is the right way of handling the customers??? For this simple charger issue, i had wasted 3hours today in poorvika medavakam branch. Area manager and sales manager are also simply watched and after 3 hours only they had said i will get a replacement on 02/01/2018 at 11.00 am They had given me a local charger to use with my phone. If i use this local company charger, i wont get any battery problem with my mobile. Whether poorvika can give any assurance to this solution which is given by store manager, area manager and regional manager. I hope poorvika has some responsibility to their customers and they will take action on this problem with store manager bala murali for the irresponsible response. I dont like to continue with this issue as he said to raise a complaint in consumer court and give a police complaint. If poorvika has any doubt in my point what had happend in medavakam store with this issue, please kindly check with the cctv video and audio. Please kindly take some necessary action on this issue, i hope poorvika has a good customer retention policy and good conduct policy with the customers, due to this irresponsibility of some managers poorvika brand is getting spoiled and i wish to save a poorvika brand with the customers for that am raising this complaint.
