[Resolved] Poorvika Mobiles — Item not delivered | |||
Hi I ordered a samsung a21 online with 2 hour delivery option in 13th july 20. Till now there is no information on the delivery and in website it says still processing. Spoke to gomathi, srividya and praveen in customer support with no further help. All they could promise was product will be delivered yesterday but it wasn't. I called today again the same story. Finally i had made up my mind to cancel and full refund, but praveen in customer care says he cant cancel only some other department will which cant be reached by the customer. He promised of cancellation today and an email to be sent today. Worst experience and horrible customer support for online purchase. I hope it's not the same at store. Whoever reading this email consider this a polite request to cancel the item and initiate the full refund in to my account asap. Was this information helpful? | |||
