I purchased a lyf flame 4 mobile from poorvika avinashi road store, tirupur on 16.08.2016 but the Jio sim card that I received with the handset is still not activated even though I submit all the documents immediately. Daily I have called the store customer care number but daily he I telling today evening it will be activated but still now it's not activated. My reliance Jio no. is [protected]. Every time the customer care says you need to wait two weeks ! And after those days again im calling today they are saying again you have to wait for two weeks! Whats happening over there?
