Purchased 2 lenova m10 hd tablets (14500 each) from iyyapanthangal branch. After couple of days one of the tablet has few issues with the display. Visited the store again today but there is no proper response from the representative there. They treated very badly and no solution given.. Asking me to go to service centre and get it fixed.. Purchased on 03 aug, just in 3 days time issue with their product... It's your responsible to help the customer to get it resolved that too in 3 days time. Highly disappointed with poorvika! Although as per Lenovo Brand Policy we can able to get resolution only from authorized service center.
