I purchased redmi note5 yesterday. The information provided regarding the phone by employees was incomplete and wrong. Even after complaing at the head office no action is being taken for the mistake. The information regarding camera was conveyed wrongly. There's no exchange policy. Consumers right to information is been exploited. Consumers court will be the final option if matter is not been solved for the unprofessional behaviour by the employees and my right to information been exploited.
