[Resolved] Poorvika Mobiles — Micromax A350 phone warranty replacement | |||
I have given my phone for service on 20th Feb 2015 via service no. - S[protected] through Poorvika hosur to Micromax service center. But it has been a month since I'm suffering without a phone. Thanks to Poorvika persons for supporting me with a temporary phone atleast to attend my calls. The commitment given was 10 days, but it is almost a month and becoming a tiresome process to get my phone serviced on warranty. Micromax service center when contacted have washed away telling me to contact either customer care or poorvika. Request Poorvika to support in reimbursing my amount from Micromax / claim thorugh insurance which I have taken while procuring the phone and support me with a new phone of any other make except micromax. This is the second time I'm facing this sort of issue with Micromax phones. Thanks in advance. Was this information helpful? | |||
