[Resolved] Poorvika Mobiles — mobile damaged | |||
Sir, i purchased a gionee mobile on 20.11.2017 in your vadapalani (Forum mall) branch, yesterday evening i note the second sim slot is damaged. Today morning i visit the branch at 10.30 - 10.45am that time shop cleaning (Housekeeping) works also under process. Am asked mr. Mani (5453) salesperson, he is not listen and not checked a mobile, but he asked "no no this is damaged from your side" and he is not response to me and speaking very hard. He said your do any thing Sir the damaged is your / our side is not a problem, your salesperson to talk too much of words and he is not listen my words.
