[Resolved] Poorvika Mobiles — mobile handset refund amount pending | |||
I had purchased OPPO mobile phone on 14th October from Poorvika Mobiles, located at Kengeri Satellite Town, Bangalrore 560060 on 10% cashback though ICICI during pooja festival offer was given to all the other outlets for Ayudha Pooja. at the time of purchase they had informed me that we will get back the 10% cash back within 90 days from the date of purchase as well as extra Rs.150 per month for 9 months they have charged and informed me that by mistake they swiped the amount and will get back the money. When i am following continusously there is no response from the showroom manager. Please check and arrange to refund otherwise we will take up this issue . Was this information helpful? | |||
