Dear sir, i have Purchased Samsung Galaxy A5 mobile on 15/10/15 at Poorvikamobiles, K.Pudur, Madurai.When I was Charging the mobile through power supply, it was shutdown immediately.after a week I have given to the same showroom in poorvika.They Changed the software within three days. Then after a twodays, Again it is happening same problem. but again i called the showroom manager. he did not respond properly.I would like to solve this issue, otherwise i Need a same Mobile.If it is not done, I will claim it through Consumer court.Then It will damage your Brand. additionally I got poorvika protection scheme also.I have paid more than Rs 22, 000/ for this mobile.pl kindly request you to change my mobile as soon as possible.
