[Resolved] Poorvika Mobiles — Motorola E7 power soft ware issue within 4 days of purchase | |||
I have visited poorvika showroom madipakkam on 8th Oct 21. I have purchased a Motorola E7 power within 4 days of time mobile is automatically getting switched off. I have contacted the showroom on this . They suggested me to give it to the warranty center of Motorola, and poorvika is not responsible for this issue itssems . Moreover I have called up customer service poorvika they have connected me to the showroom and assured me the phone will be rectified by showroom and give it back to me . In fact they have spoken to Mr.jeya Prakash. When I went to the showroom they did not agree to what they have assured me . And they are asking me to contact the warranty center again . I doubt in poorvika products seems to be not genuine . This is the second time with poorvika in this year .I did a mistake of going to poorvika again . I demand poorvika to replace to repair the mobile at the earliest. Failing which same will be dealt with social media and legally . Pls Call me for clarification.
