Job number gjs east 02, dt 3/10/2017. My samsung galaxy mobile note 4 purchased on 12/5/2017 was given to your east tambaram branch for service. One mr bala has attended to my mobile after properly investigating my mobile he gave serce cost estimate for repair of rs. 1200/=. My mobile is only one year old. Now he made condemn of mobie and asking me to take back my mobile without any repairg. Please investigate the matter properly. I am not going to take delivery of the condemn mobile and i am going to file a litigation in consumer court. Why your service engineer want to return my mobie without repairing and made condemn of my mobile if you are not providing proper solution. Please investigate the matter. Branch will be providing specified estimation slip to customer for every Out Warranty Service, after complete Examination of the device they would confirm the actual cost of repair.
