[Resolved] Poorvika Mobiles — new mobile charging issue from day 1 | |||
14.10.2017 i buy a new mobile (Samsung galaxy j7 max) from poorvika mobiles (Attur branch. Salem district) 15 th morning 7am i kept it for charging. It got 100 % at 1:40 pm afternafternoon. It takes 6.40 hours to fill. And it gives backup upto 16th evening 5:30 pm. (That is approximately more than 25 hours). Again i kept it for charging it takes 2hours for reaching 18 % charge. I ask poorvika sales person about this charging issue, they forwarded me to samsung service centre attur. They said after 5 or 6 times full charging only this issue will clear.
