Dear Poorvika, As we all are aware POORVIKA is a very reputed brand but in Hassan (Karnataka) the store manager and the employees are very negligible and not at all giving bills to customers. Again if we need GST then they will tell one price and if not without bill there is a other rate. Really is this gain your reputation?? I bought two mobiles including iPhone really I fought hard to get my GST for that, now again I bought one more but they still not yet given my bill, which I was purchased on 22nd of Mar 2023, even today I asked for bill but still they ha e given normal bill then why should they collected my GST amount? Verified Support May 13, 2023 Poorvika Mobiles Customer Care's response Dear Sagar sir, Greeting from Poorvika Mobile Pvt Ltd!!! As we explained over the phone, the GST request was raised by the customer due to delay, according to the showroom end statement. As a result, we are unable to raise Gst invoice. We apologise that their experience with our company did not meet their expectations. Kindly resolve the issue from Indian consumer forum. Thanks & Regards Poorvika Escalation team. May 15, 2023 Updated by SagarSJ Dear Poorvika, As a reputed brand of India, I have not expected this response from your end. And It's not a delay from customer It's a careless and KEEPING GST AMOUNT without paying to government by your employees. When you are selling the product then its your responsibility to issue a invoice but here its completely failure of POORVIKA. Collecting GST from the registered dealer and not giving a invoice is FRAUD to the customer as well as to the GOVT. Please take care of HASSAN (KARNATAKA) store the manager and the accountant both of them are worst in behaviour with the customers when it comes to money matter.
