I have ordered a mobile named karbonn a40 on 5th of january 2019. Due to some reasons i have cancelled on 6/01/2019 by taking confirmation from their representatives. The order has been cancelled at that time. But they are now procrastinating day or another day & are not providing refund. Even after lot of time has elapsed they are still procrastinating.

Even after I have provided them my account no & also registered my complain at hello@poorvika.in. their representative are procrastinating by giving false information as by saying we have initiated refund second time & their another representative is denying the fact.
