I bought a tata photon max wifi data card (Ph.no: [protected]) from Poorvika, Gandhiji Road, Erode on 29.06.15. After facing activation issues for 4-5 days, tata photon engineer told me that the issue is with poorvika and not them. I returned the device to the poorvika branch on 08/07/15. I was told that the issue will be resolved in 2 days but I am yet to receive the device. The poorvika representative (Mr.Saravanan) is simply delaying the date. First he told 2 days, then it became one more day, then 2 more days.
This is very frustrating and I have made myself clear that I wont be buying anything from Poorvika henceforth because of this bad experience. Please look into this and ask the concerned people to expedite this. Was this information helpful? |
