Dear sir, I julin joseph, residing at thatchur bought a celkon mobile cost 3500 on 11/01/2018. The product sold was very poor in quality as its battery did not last even for 3 hours. When i asked for an exchange of the product on 14/01/2018, they tried to console me by taking a battery from another mobile which was under seal. I lost the trust i had on poorvika now after seeing what they did to me. Kindly do the needful as its high time i cannot tolerate their negligence of duty and delay in delivering the product.
