[Resolved] Poorvika Mobiles — poor response and do know to handle the customers | |||
I went to pallavakkam poorvika two weeks before and shown my display issue samsung s8 for exchange, they verified and said it can be taken as exchange for rs.11000 + rs.6000 samsung upgrade offer, so i have done the prebook by advance rs.2000. When the s10 launch i went and gave the same phone in the same condition they say we will take it for rs.6000 + 6000 upgrade offer. After 6 years i believed poorvika and made the payment but at last, they showed their real face we are still in the same condition. They are aim is to cheat and made the customer prebook, really they don't know to handle the customer and their requirement. I really say i won't recommend anyone to poorvika. Finally, they had my rs.2000 and giving it back as usual. Was this information helpful? | |||
