[Resolved]  Poorvika Mobiles — Product return

I'm Manikandan, Madurai. I bought new Micromax mobile on 02.03.2016 and i asked to want buy Micromax 4000mAh battery mobile at the time buying. I payed Rs.1800/- and i checked it was not 4000mAh battery. I asked to seller its wrong one. They told, u r told me and was not to take return the product. I asked to seller its not possible and bill prepared online and we were not cancelled it. I asked to service Toll free call, they were also replied. And I told them, im not taking product before ur branch manager explaining it. He was not contact for 1 week and again contact Toll free number and he replied, we were not change it. Till date they are keeping my mobile and it was paid 1800/- on 02.03.2016. They are no response it. what can i do sir

I’m Manikandan.K, I already informed regarding my mobile return problem. Here someone contacted me from Poorvika Mobiles through phone and who said he was from Chennai office and we were canceled your purchase and please contact Madurai branch. Within 30 minutes a call from Madurai Poorvika Branch who said please come to branch. At the time I’m not available in Madurai and I went to shop on 21.03.2016. The Branch manager was not there on 21.03.2016 and a staff represent on behalf of manager and they said we were not canceled your bill and unable to give copy and if you want to buy a other product the money worth of previous mobile. I’m not accepted it. I told them I already informed Poorvika mobile through mail, I wanted only canceled my product and and to give refund amount. I have mail copy also. But here (Madurai) initially they were not accept it, afterwards they contacted Branch Manager Mr.Dhanasekaran.R, through Phone and accepted to give refund to me. Then asked me to give a requestion letter for return the mobile, but they said they were not mention any details of Mobile name, IMEI NO, Invoice number. I’m not accept this kind of activity and the manager using rough word in phone communication. They were insulting me in public. I went after they called me to branch and they were treated like this. Why they were approached Local adjustment, they doing business professionally or not. I needed legal complaints against Poorvika Mobiles and Mr.Dhanasekaran.R, the branch manager of Madurai Poorvika. Here nearly 20 days gone they are not solved this problem. They were contacted only in mobile and hereafter they must be communicated regarding this problem through Mail. Otherwise I’m not communicate with Poorvika Mobiles. Kindly to needful.

Bought a skull candy wireless earphone. The demo piece which they displayed was working good but the new piece which i bought is not working up to the mark.
Hi, I'm Dr. Deepa
I bought an iPhone xr red on 8/4/19 from Phoenix branch Poorvika.
The ph is supposed to have battery capacity of 25hrs for calls only. But my ph battery is draining like anything. So I asked for a replacement. First they denied that they could replace. After pressing the issue, they agreed for replacement. But once I went to the shop (Phoenix branch Poorvika) they again denied to replace the mobile.
Can somebody help?
