Later submitted many request but all was rejected without any good reasons, not picked up my mobile for service not given any refund

one assist team call her frequently with the language not known to her and misguides her to login with another new complaints and rejecting claim improper handling.
one assist team rejects the claim without inspection of the mobile, customer care itself does this action
one assist team rejects the claim through customer care representative even though all documents are correct and valid insurance policy
