Dear sir/madam, Gajendra b k [protected] On 21st jun-19 i had visit your showroom in chikmagalur and bought galaxy a30 (, invoice gsi/chik/1975) but service was worst, once i entered showroom welcome was ok, Then i ask for galaxy a30, sales person did not even explain me its feature directly he ask me to go to a50, Then login for emi loan did not informed me charges they charge me rs.1999, Sangeetha there is cash back offer but here they did not offer me anything Was this information helpful? | |||

Reference to the above complaint,
I really appreciate your customer care executive were called me and respond my complaint, i ask them to cancel mobile insurance policy they promised me if possible we will try to cancel, if possible please do it...if not forget it, Other wise at least ask your team to explain me how insurance works. And please make sure it should not happen to other customer like this.Because blindly charging it makes many doubts in customer mind and even 1 rupee also very important,
