Date: 12/11/2017 (Approached dealer where i bought the mobile)
I bought the above mentioned model from poorvika mobiles at perambur on 18/10/2017, venus theatre. The very second day the mobile started rebooting and the battery takes ages to charge. Poorvika mobiles customer support is the worst. The dealers take no responsibility for anything.

Sales person: tashar arrafet
Resolution: i require a full refund of the amount.
