[Resolved] Poorvika Mobiles — re: insulting customer & customer document sharing | |||
Hi Sir/ Madam, I purchased a new mobile phone today at udumalpet poorvika mobiles. Where they asked me to pose for a photo snap by holding my new mobile phone with box in front off everyone in showroom. When i asked, why is this ??? They simply say this is our company policy for an EMI customer. And they shared it their shop whats group This is actually insulting & criticizing me in front off everyone in public floor. Point 2: They took a photo of my aadhar & pan card in mobile. And i asked why your are taking in your phone?? They said i will take a photo and will share the data in their shop whatsapp group so that everyone will have data. I dont know how poorvika mobiles doesn't know this. Sharing of any of my personal document is whatsapp group. The way poorvika treated me is very worst. The incident which happened for me today is very insulting in front of all. I humbly request to take necessary steps for these kind of misbehaving activities. Please show them how safely they should keep customer documents.
