[Resolved] Poorvika Mobiles — redmi y1 mobile | |||
Redmi y1 mobile was bought in dec 2017 from poorvika, the touch mechanism not working since 1.5.2018, while still under warranty. Taken to service center, they refused to repair it or replace without paying additional rs. 4, 700/- stating that water entered mobile short circuiting the board. We are elderly people at home, retired and no small children causing such accidents. Need help Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support May 07, 2018 Poorvika Mobiles Customer Care's response Dear Customer, Thank you for letting us to know the issue. We (Poorvika) are selling devices on the respective manufacturer's warranty, they would provide warranty support for 1 year from invoice when the handset stays in warranty scenario.
