Hello Sir/Madam, As per your request i went to poorvika store and had a speak with executives regarding this.They spoke with higher officials from head office and still I didn't get any replacement for the defective handset.I didn't receive any reply from poorvika after that.i have mentioned all the complaints and forwarded mails which I have sent to Samsung to [protected]@poorvika.com.i request you to kindly speak with your higher official and arrange for free replacement.
