[Resolved] Poorvika Mobiles — replacement and refund issue | |||
Dear team, My self muneer today[protected] around 11.30am i had send the one my restaurant team member for purchase landline charger but this team member don't know about charger by-mistakenly he had purchase sony chargers cost is rs.910/- we are working in kfc restaurant we are unable to purchase this amount charger hence we need refund or we purchased another chargers which is cost below rs500/- but this store manager deny for give the refund, then whats is the use for go the poorvika if we didn't get the good customer service, really its worst experience, i had recommended my friend also don't go any poorvika for purchase anything. I replaced my screen for sony xperia xa 1. I was charged almost double the price for it. This is cheating. This is my first interaction with Poorvika and so disappointed by this kind of service from a big name like Poorvika
