Poorvika a mobile and accessories selling company, They have this weird no return policy that you can't return and Exchange a mobile or accessories even if they just bought 5min before. Even online sellers like flipkart and Amazon have nice return policy. If you buy a mobile in Poorvika and you dont like it or not working means it cant be replaced or returned to them, beware before buying in poorvika Was this information helpful? | |||||

Such a worst experience in poorvika. All fake marketing and words are not true. Even they have a problem they are not taking replacement and the worst part is they are not treating their customer as their own….until the customer gets the product they are their customer. Once the customer bought the product they are not poorvika customer they treat as such…. Hereafter I will not recommend my family and friends not to visit poorvika. They are fake.
Had very bad experience with Poorvika Aminjikarai branch... I purchased a basic model mobile at Poorvika Aminjikarai and very clearly informed the sales person that the mobile is purchased for a senior person of 65 years and the display shoukd be large for my aunt to see the number. He said its big display but only after billing they opened and showed the mobile. After taking home my aunt couldn't see the number in the display and wanted to exchange the mobile immediately after purchase. But the store manager denied to exchange and he is not at all understanding the issue. If the shop is not customer friendly and not understanding the problems of the customers its very disappointing. I also informed the stores manager that I will buy little higher grade mobile that also he is not accepting. POORVIKA IS NOT A CUSTOMER FRIENDLY SHOP AND I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP.

Few days ago my husband had got iphone headphones and we wanted to get that exchanged as i not happy with the design and product, so i had not even unpacked it ...but when contacted these ppl for exchange, they started explaining the stupid policy of "No Return" and said that they cant do anything once the goods are sold. That's so irresponsible...!!!
Most of the retailers and online shopping have the policy where we can return if we are not happy with the product, but these people only wants to make money and cheat the customers...I would not suggest anyone to buy anything from Poorvika...worst customer support...!!! Worst Retailer...!!!
