Purchased samsung galaxy m11 on online on 18th july and delivered on 22nd july, but day one the phone is not charging and no one is responding for emails and whatsup. Kindly replace the faulty mobile or refund. As per your (poorvika) customers care instruction, i went to samsung service center at nanjangud on 31.07.2020, it is around 35 kms away from my home, but they said they are not working and told me to visit mysore service center.
on 31st july, i went to mysore samsung service enter (Revannas Service center) at 6 PM, but they were closed, as per samsung website they are working till 8 PM.
Again on Saturday, 2nd july i went there and they checked my mobile and told service engineer is not available, please come on Monday.
YESTERDAY (03.08.2020) i went at 10:30 AM and waited till 12:15 PM but shop doesn't get opened.
I am really fedup with the service from Poorvika/Samsung.
