[Resolved] Poorvika Mobiles — samsung s7 edge screen card bought from poorvika which is not providing response in mobile while touched. | |||
Hi, I bought screen card for my new samsung s7 edge for 1500/- in poorvika mobiles in phoenix mall in the month of aug. The time we bought it was not responsive in phone so we reached him who is kalaiarasan a working guy there. He promised saying that we will call madam once we get new stock but was no calls from him then i called repetitively and visited stores for number of times. Finally he arranged me at one of the stores after 4 months by that my screen has also got broked which is costing me now 18, 000... Its all because of the poorvika irresponsiveness towards customers. But which i got after having all this agitations with him is also in the same condition. I requested him to arrange a new one as early as possible but he says yes but finally he is not responding nor the poorvika mobiles took action in providing justification to me.
