I am in karur i went to service my nokia mobile which was bought an year back,
initially i asked for exchange but they told only 100/-then i went to service he opened the mobile and told me that the mobile has fall into water i objected it because i didnt done like that, once i objected he was telling that i cant service this mobile.and also the the incharge person rajaram was worst in his customer handling, and the persons are also not good.hereafter in my life time i will not visit poorvika.this is my worst experience.
