[Resolved] Poorvika Mobiles — Service is very Bad and Parthiban is Worst Guy In Tambaram Branch | |||
Given my Infocus M810 for service, on 24/10/2016, for problem with software. For which Parthiban has given me the Invoice of Rs.500/- and told within 2 days he will call me back and I can take the mobile. But after that, there was no call at all, so I waited and I gone again on 02/11/2016, there was no service guy available at that time, so the Poorvika people told that the service guy will call me, but on that day also no call came at all and i only was calling him in this number ([protected]) after two hours he call and say, mobile not got ready on Friday (04/11/2016) it will get ready. On Friday, also the same situation. And on Saturday, (05/11/2016), also the same situation. I told that you return the mobile, they returned me without doing anything. Parthiban is totally a fraud, no manners of talking to customers, his number is ([protected]), and no money he have i think so., and a totally waste person at all. in short, a zero sales and service man Mr. Parthiban.
