[Resolved] Poorvika Mobiles — they are not taking the phone that my father brought today | |||
My father brought me Nokia 3 for 7k.this mobile was outdated.it had 16gb memory and 2 gb ram .my father didn't knew about this specification.so I called the customer care service of Poorvika to update the phone with mi or honor.they told that once it's billed it can't be change... Flipkart, amazon also have return policy for 10days then why can't Poorvika has this policy.i didn't even opened the box just brought this evening please help Was this information helpful? | |||
