[Resolved] Poorvika Mobiles — To claim the mobile insurance for my lg nexus 5x mobile | |||
Sir / Madam, I had bought a LG Nexus 5x mobile on 25/05/2015 from Poorvika mobile store, Madiwala, Bangalore. About Incident: Date: 02/03/2016 Place: St.Jhons Bus stop, Madiwala, Bangalore. I was waiting for the bus in St.Jhons bus stop, Bangalore to travel the majestic. I got a bus, but bus was so rush, somehow i got into the bus after some time i checked my packet to take my mobile but it was not there in my packet. Some one pick pocket my mobile. After that i have filed the comlaint in Madiwala police station. Got a complain copy and receipt from the police station. Then i made a call to Poorvika customer care to check with the process of how to claim the insurence they told me to get the documents i have got all the docs. That documents i have attached below.
