[Resolved] Poorvika Mobiles — worst experience with salesperson | |||
We brought a new mobile two months back reliance lyf which the sales person told is a nice phone for 4500 rs/-. My mother is using it till last 1 month. Now there is a problem with the phone not recharging and getting hot in charging. My mother doesn't have knowledge about smart phones. I asked her to go and check on poorvika store where we brought the mobile. My mother complained to me that they are not ready to listen what the problem and how we can solve. They just told these phones are not a good phones and they tend to get repair quickly. (Not sure why they are selling those kind of mobile phones first) they were not ready to listen to my mother. They are eager to sell only new phones and listening to those who are coming to buy new phones. No one listening my mother, she started back to home and gave at a local store for repair without knowledge. Really bad experience with poorvika. The store is in madurai kalavasal. No 246, pm tower, theni main road, Kalavasal junction Kalavasal Madurai 625016 A stringent action needs to be taught to the store on how they need to really take care of their customers.
