[Resolved] Poorvika Mobiles — wrong info on the product by sales person | |||
I bought a samsung guru 1200 from poorvika mobiles, mogappair west. I asked for a basic samsung mobile that can be used for college. The salesperson suggested samsung guru 1200 with one sim and another with dual sim. I did not need dual sim and opted for samsung guru 1200. I asked him about ear phone and he said it did not come with ear phone as it did not have fm. As i was planning to listen to only saved music, i didn't bother. Only after opening the package, i saw that i cannot use any regular ear phone as the port is a unique flat pin port and such an earphone is not even available in the market. I went back to the store to exchange it for the dual sim phone, but the shop people refused to exchange as the bill cannot be changed. The sales person has the moral duty to inform the customer that the mobile is not compatible with regular ear phones and you cannot listen to music at all with this phone as the ear phone compatible with this mobile is not available in the market at all. So please make arrangements to exchange this phone with the dual sim samsung and i will pay the extra Was this information helpful? | |||
