[Resolved]  Poorvika Mobiles — xiaomi redmi 4a not working

Dear sir/madam,

I bought a xiaomi redmi 4a, order id: 200962 from poorvika on 31/07/2017. But its not working well. I have taken my mobile several times to chrompet poorvika showroom and they will solve the problem but again its not working for me. Kindly do the needful. It says "not reachable' always. Please resolve it as soon as possible.
