We would like to inform you that customer sent us mail on 15 days ago (Mon, 23 Aug 2021 at 1:20 PM) and our team replied on the same day 15 days ago (Mon, 23 Aug 2021 at 5:52 PM) however neither customer revert on ticket nor follow the process.
If any customer raise complaint on Consumer helpline does not mean customer will always right.
We would request you to please ask customer to follow the process to get his product repair/replace.
