Portronics — sound drum -871, Item is having back up issue

I have lodge complaint/ticket on site for item ordered from flip kart on 15/07/2019. Item having back up issue. But nobody responded over follow up on calls and email id as per given on site. Very poor after sales service. Ticket no.229386 still open.
