Shipment received from india post on:- 06/06/2016 (Cod payment of rs.1970)

Reason for complaint:-prestige had shipped a fully dented stock pot not happened because of any mishandling by the india post i can prove it since the inner and outer packing got no signs of mishandling. It just shows how inefficient & ignorant your quality control is before shipment and the end user has to suffer ringing your pathetic call center at our own expense and get no where with it.

My loss excluding the cost of the product that i paid for so far:about 40 to 50 rs worth of calls for you and your bloody 7 days return policy when you are so ignorant in doing your job. My mind and time and effort i had to spend on getting your already damaged product replaced. All this is happened just because of one persons purposeful act of knowingly send me a damaged item so that he is free from this damaged item and thinks let the customer take the time and effort to get it fixed from prestige direct. I want somebody to warn that shipper seriously for running me into all this trouble.

1st contact:[protected]They asked me to contact the online smart kitchen team on fixed line :[protected], mobile [protected].

2nd contact:-fixed line :[protected]Number not in use) & mobile [protected] (This person answered the phone first and said he would send the request to his manager and call me as soon as he got response and then i called him the next day since i didn't hear from him at all. He would not answer my call. I called him about 15 times and i can see that number getting engaged at some point and not answering my call. Dont even have the cutesy to pick up the phone and tell what is going on.)

3rd contact:[protected]Informed them the situation and then they gave another two numbers to try and get a hold of. Anil [protected] and [protected].)

4th contact:-anil [protected] called this guy and he asked me to send the pictures of the defective product received to his email id [protected]@prestigesmartkitchen.com.

5th contact:-emailed anil 5 photographs of the concern.

6th contact:-anil [protected] called anil to check if he received it and he acknowledges that he received it. But says that he is out of office at 2pm and shall soon get back back to me as soon as he is at office to do the further actions. Waited the rest of the day and not heard anything from him in return yet.

7th contact:-this is where we are so far and this email communication to all the people working for prestige to whom so ever it may concern to fix my little trouble. The reason why i included all you guys is just because you need to be aware of what made me complain due to your unhealthy coordination and shipping already faulty product and very bad customer relations team that don't tend to keep up promises and a bunch of lies.
This is an official complaint since i had already been through your escalation process of dealing with a consumer complaint and since your employees had been negligent or least bothered in dealing with the situation and not providing the customer any resolution and making customers to go from one pole to another and no resolution.

If i don't get the product replaced asap or full refund any quicker i will be publishing this on all social media and consumer forums and then legally proceeding with the complaint. This is the heights of ignorance or a treatment that a consumer can tolerate from the so called "india's number 1 brand like prestige". I would never repeat this mistake of buying from your pathetic smart kitchen again or recommend to any one. I will only criticize your smart kitchen only then you guys will learn to treat customers.

Never ever buy prestige from Smart Kitchen.They will make you go crazy.Better buy from snapdeal or flipkart or Amazon where returns and replacement are easy and quick and will not ship defective products like the smart kitchen.

They have not bothered to get back in touch with me even after about 7 days.I call them all most everyday.What do those people think.Selling damaged product and not taking any initiative in replacing it.
