Printvenue — Improper packaging of photo mug hence broken received | |||
A photo mug was booked on 29th aug 15 from printvenue website. Advance payment was done via sbi net banking. It was suppose to be delivered on 8th of sep 2015. But it was received on 11th sep 2015 via first flight courier services in a broken condition. It was my birthday gift. I am very much disappointed with the poor services provided by this brand. How careless approach by printvenue while delivering fragile / delicate material to the customer by improper packaging. Now i want the same photo mug again.
