They provide work of 1200 form filling n promise to pay rs 25 per form. I submitted mine work on time after that issue a wrong qc report which shows that the forms havnt filllled properly so they are demanding money aganist that.

4600 rs for registration or procesing fee for not working properly
But i hv proof that they issued a wrong report as i hv screenshot of form filled. N even there are some forms are correct and they marked it red.

Now a advocate (No. [protected]) is calling me n saying to pay 4600 rs. I mailed to them to that u have issue a wrong report but he is your case has been proceeded tto court.

I have taken work form home of 1200 forms which i have to completed in 12 days if not completed or not maintaining accuracy of 91% then i have to give money. But i have completed my work on time and with accuracy. They have shown unnessecary errors which i have not done as i download my work in the form of pdf and checked with them but there were no errors have shown by them and they are asking me money if i will not give then they will file a complaint against me. On 3rd january 2019 i got a call from so called company prospexiv. The person who spoke to me promised me to pay 30000 rupees on the completion of a task. The task was to fill up 1200 forms in just 12 days.in the agreement was that if in case the task is not completed within the time frame the customer has to pay 4600 rupees to the company.
I was agreed and started doing the given task but was unaware of the fact the company to be a fraud one.
But later after completing around 155 forms i googled the company's name and found out the company is a fraud one who makes false promises of paying money with the completion of the given task.
As soon as i saw this message in the google itself i stopped doing my task and now when the time has come to the end he is calling me and giving such nuisance threatens and saying me all about legal actions.
So i request you to please help me out of this. I will grateful if you look into this matter of mine. Thank you.

I have taken the data entry work but login stopped to do the work after two days. Trying help line nos which are always busy then i sent the mail to helpdesk and called to executive who introduce me about work. But i didn't get any response from other side.
After wasting my 3 days i surrendered to do the work in given time line.
Nobody given me the response after this mail.

I had been cheated by the company. They promise me to pay 30000 rupees by doing 12 day work of copy paste. They said 4600 rupees will be deducted as utility charges. And said if i done the job in more than 12 days or make any mistakes in job they will get 4600. But i completed the job in 14 days. And the show me that my qc is failed and later i got an email by advocate vijay and he said you make a penalty of 25000 rupees because you made mistakes in the job i told them i would not pay because in the agreement it was only 4600. But they tourtured me on mobile by calling again and again and siad off i didn't pay the amount the ccomoany will sue me 80 thousands. So in fear i paid them 30000 rupees. Please help me.

No preregistration fees, fees will be deducted from your final salary. They demanded 91.66% accuracy... I[censored]nable to complete and submit the work or unable to achieve accuracy then company will not pay any amount, you have to pay 4600 as a registration fees.

I thought it is a big opportunity for me for free invest and good earning.
I started this job with my friend. But i have completed within the given time. I have saved the pdf file which is generated with confidential password. When i opened my website after submiting my job... Your qc is failed showing there. I checked my qc report randomly. They have generated some wrong error which is not in pdf.
They also send me lawyer intimation letter for paying 4600 fees+ some extra 3000 as legal charges. They cheated me and my friend. Now they charging money & harassing me...
I request to consumer forum please check it and saved me from there threatening. They should pay 30000 for my job...

I have registered with this company for data entry job from home. They gave me an agreement online, which says that i have to pay 4600 inr if i failed to submit the work in given time. I found an another agreement with the same serial number on it on internet on this site, which proves that the agreement was fake. When i said them that i'll take legal action against them if they threat me then they said ok for it.

Got continuously call from this company for doing online jobs. I said ok. Then they tell me they give 1200 forms. We have submit 1100 forms within 12 days. If we fail to submit that work we have to pay 4600 rs to company. But for other reason i'm completed that work. Today one person calling me and threatened me that he taking legal action towards me. And he forcing to pay 4600 rs as a utility charges.. If i'm not paying 4600 then he yelling we meet in court.
And i have paid him total amount but they call me again and again and this time m totally scared...

The agent told me the job we are given is totally free, if you complete this work you will get rs 30000 per month and the service fee would be 4600 which we will deduct from your salary, but i told them i am not interested in your work then, the agent told me to cancel your work provide your aadhaar details and your mail id, the prospexiv fake company is still mailing me to pay rs 15550, or else the wil register case against me.

There executives do not provide any authorised documents and switch off their numbers when called.. Please save me from this

Sir, i needed the money by doing home based data entry job. So i put my resume on clicknindia.com for several home based data entry job companies. On 1 january 2019 i received a call from a company named prospexiv for home based form filling job. The person who called me was a woman named keny roy m. N. [protected]. She told me that i will receive an i. D. And password if i join and after that fill 1200 forms in 12 days after submission of all filled forms they will send me qc report in which the number of correct and not correct forms will be mentioned. I will get 25 rupees for each correct form and i will have to make accuracy of 1100 correct forms then the registration amount of rupees 4600 will be deducted from my final payment of 30000 rupees if i do not get the accuracy of 1100 forms i will have to pay 4600 as registration fees. I joined they requested me for my id proof and i gave the photo of my driving license and passport sized photo they sent me an message on whatsapp containing link of an app for signing the agreement which i did. I received an email on 3 january and filled all the forms on 14th january with 100% accuracy because i was checking my each filled form three times after filling so there were no chances of mistake. But in the qc report i found that there were more than 200 forms were mistaken and red marked that i was not expecting at all. Regarding this i tried to tell their helpline numbers and the person who call me for joining but everybody's call is out of reach. Today on 7th jan i got a call from their advocate and he is forcing me to pay 4600 rupees otherwise he will go legally. I also noticed the stamp which they are using for agreement are same for all the persons having same date same seal date etc. Advocate number is [protected]. Please help me.

Id proof the am share then after some time she is calling me and say am share a one link for online agreement sign i was read if you are not filling the right time then you pay 4600/- rupee only am already filling form before last date and inform the his team then today some one drop mail your qc report to come you are not work completed on time you pay as per agreement amount 4600/- am going to pay and share the payment share on mail then after some time some one is calling me from the company he toll me you pay extra amount-12750/ for legal agreement rejection then am denying i can not pay any extra amount then he give me threatening i will go to legal action pls help me

I have got a mail on 1jan from prospexiv company regarding home based form filling job. They offer 30000/-, they gave 1200 forms for fill completed in 12 days, after 12 days they said if we qc is pass then they would reduce 4600 rs from 30000 rs and if failed 4600 rs has to be paid by me.

Today they call me and asked to pay 4600 rs immediately r otherwise penalty would be rise every day doubled.

That company cheated my 12 days work and can't pay for that, but now they r forcing me to pay 4600.

They blackmail with text message,

I was called by them for online formfilling work. They said me to complete the work within 12 days. I did the work within time and submitted the work on time. Now they have charged 4600 rupees from me by saying that they have filed a case against me in court if i would not pay them then they will send me legal notice and then i have to go to latur court and pay them. I was so tensed and paid them 4600 rupees.

As i am also a victim of this company where i got this online job offer in december and asked to fill 1200 forms in 12 days and i have done the job correctly and i verified the each and every form but in that also there is some problem done by them and the very next day i got a message to my mobile regrading legal action taken i was scared and in that agreement i was put that you are suppose to pay 14900/rs. I really got scared and payed it then one fellow called as he is advocate and he cannot clear my noc and again he claimed me to pay 16500/rs of penality charges i refused and he threatend me that he will go to higher officials and he will keep adding my penality charges when i checked about the company details i came to know its fake and the company account details is in some where gujarat.

I got an email to start an online form filling and they will pay us money. They send me an agreement and afer agreement i started filings forms online but i also think that they are fraud. After reading agreement i was scared because they also write they can take legal action like thing. So i started filling form. Today i searched their address in google and i came to know that this is fraud company. So should i fill their forms or not and if they send me legal action like think which i know it is fraud so i just want to confirm that is it fraud or not.

They asked me to send aadhar card and send me link to download the app and sign without giving details, without showing the draft copy. I had got link on 2nd jan, 2019 but in agreement copy its showing 14th sept, 2018. When i checked online got to know its fraud company, now i want to quit this job as their executive doesn't answer any queries nor provide any payment guarantee or proof. Their location is showing in gujrat somewhere near ahmedabad but claiming to be from later. Their executive giving different address of latur and their helpline no. They gave different address. I'm too been cheated by the fake company. Got myself registered and they gave me form filling work. But when i went into detail for checking whether the company is geniune, i got to see so many complaints about the company, posted on consumer complaints.

So, i called their helpline no and asked for website and company address proof but they denied and said to mail on helpline id.

I mailed and asked for company website, address and bank details but they say that they cannot disclose, which surely makes the company fake.

I got a call from prospexiv form filling. They asked me to fill 1200 forms in 12 days. They showed me a fake agreement.. Its been 6 days only.. And i found this job is a fraud. All the numbers are fake i don't know what to do if i got threatnening calls

This is sai anoop from andhra pradesh one day i had reacived a call from prospexiv company for online form filling job they sad we will give 1200 forms you should submit them with in twelve days then if you reach 91% accuracy we will 25rs per each form total 30000 then i had sad ok for that thinking it's a good opportunity to earn i had compleated them with in 12 days then i spend the remaining full day to check and also made the corrections for mistake during the last day i thought the end time of the project is afternoon 12 and i think to take more time then i made a call to the helpline number provided by the company and asked them i need some more time to spend on checking and for corrections if there then they sad you should pay 7000 if you want extra time then i asked them how much time i will get if i pay this amount they sad you will get time upto tomorrow night 12am then while in the discussions i got to know i had 12 more hours which means upto midnight 12 of the last day then i asked them so many times to know the end time of the of the last day for so many times through written mail they had not provided the information and keep on saying you should pay 7000rs for extra time through calls and mails then lastly i mailed strongly showing them my confidence after that only they sad i had time till 12 o'clock of last day midnight then after i had submitted them the given project before 12noon on the next day it means on 9-1-19 morning i had got a mail from them saying it will take 3 to 4 day for checking i sad ok but today[protected] morning it self i received a call from the person by this number ([protected]) saying we had received your number to file a case on you because you had not reached 91% accuracy you should pay 4600rs for the company then i asked the person that i hadn't received any mail any any type of alert from the company saying you had not reached the accuracy but how you are making this call to me then those persons sad that we dont know about that we had recived complint aginest you to file if you dont pay 4600rs for company you will get notice from the cort and harassing me by making calls plz solve this issue as early as possible

Sir, i had registered on clickindia and 1 day i received a call from so service, they told me there is work form home opportunity and you have to fill 2200 hundred forms in 20 days, and they will pay me rs 25 for each form and and they told me to install and android app and do digital signature and in that they sent me one contract and i sign that after that i got email from advocaterajatlegal. [protected]@gmail.com and in the email they had sent me instructions

"as per contract with you, we are here by attached your call verification,
Sign agreement which is verified with your location kindly go through it.

After completion of my sign up process i found many complaints in google and what ever the mail id they have provided for helpline - [protected]@gmail.com i called the help line numbers and i want to cancel my contract but they are saying that even if you cancel your id you have to pay 7524 rupees utility charges, i said did not utilized your service yet? Why should i pay? For that they are saying if you will not pay we will take legal action on you

This company is totally fraud. They give 1200 forms for filling and in 12 days only. But you can not complete this huge work in only 12 days. So guys please keep avoid from these type of company. And it provide you a fake legel document. It's totally fraud. And after the work an fake advocate call you again again and again. And tell for that give money of 4600/- or 10000/- rs. And don't afraid for legel document and legel action they all are fake.
