[Resolved] Pubg Mobile — to get the refund for the money debited | |||
Purchased uc cash via in-app purchase of pubg mobile today via internet banking. Costing rs.249 for uc credit of160+10. My account has been debited for the same amount but no uc cash was credited to the game. It shows in my sbi account that the money went in times of money limited. Its a huge sum of money and i'm worried for the same. Customer care centres are unreachable. I bought 600+60 uc pack today for ₹724, after availing ₹75 as discount from google play store. Amount has been deducted from my account. But in Pubg mobile app, it showed "Failed to Purchase" dialogue and uc has not been credited to my account. Please do refund my amount.
