Sir on 4 july 21 I received 1 challan notification for Rs.1600/- In challan given Image is for Tavera vehicle number is not visible and challan location is somewhere in Amravati District.
But I have wagonR MH28V7491 and currently staying in Bhekrai Nagar Pune 412308 and my Car wagonR as per given time of challan was parked in my Society.
Echallan, image and given location in challan does not belong to me. I have raised grievance but its still under processing.

Sir Today I got a sms in which there was a fine on Activa MH14DF8980 of Rs. 400
But I have a Swift Dezire with the same no. MH14DF8980 Also the Fine was charged in Raigad on 1st September @20:21 where as I live in Pune and my vehicle was Parked in my society throughout the day
And all the other documents on the Echallan Fine do not belong to me

I am having bike "Honda UNICORN" with vehicle no. is MH14HL1596.
I have received above E-challan for the violation of No HELMET.

After checking image in detail - I guaranteed that the vehicle in picture attached to E-challan is not mine. Because
1. vehicle in picture attached to E-challan is non geared and my vehicle is geared bike.

2. In addition to that the time at which Echallan was booked, at that time I was in office in chakan and bike was in parking slot.

3. Also I didn't give my bike to anyone.

4. Also the number plate of vehicle in picture attached to E-challan is not cleared.

When i checked e-challan for my car WagonR LXI (MH12HV4026) I saw a wrong challan assigned with my car number. The challan was for Honda Activa with similar number (MH14HV4026). Please check and rectify the same as soon as possible as i am planning to sell my car and this is a road block.

I have been charged 720 today as I had parked in no parking zone. Although vehicle was at parking place only, why am I charged towing charges ??
Isn't this deceiving the people with false charges and forcing/pressurising them to pay extra.
This is shameful and pathetic.

my complaint is that some person in karad is using my number on to his own bike and roming around in karad and his charged fines are allotted to me on my rto number.

मी पूनम सरकाळे,
१) सिग्नल तोडला नसतानाही मला अडवून सिग्नल तोडले बाबत (दिनांक: २३ ऑगस्ट, २०२१ वेळ: ११.१५ ते ११.४५)२०० रू दंड वसूल केला. सदर ट्राफिक पोलिस (फोटो सोबत जोडला आहे) माझ्याशी अर्वाच्य भाषेत बोलत होते.
२) त्याचवेळी माझ्या गाडीवर अजुन हेल्मेट परिधान न केल्याबद्द्लचा दि. २ जुलै, २०२० वेळ: १५.१२ वाजताचा ५०० रू दंड प्रलंबित आहे, असे मला सांगण्यात आले. सदर घटनेचा फोटो पाहिला असता फोटोमधील गाडी माझी नाही (फोटो सोबत जोडला आहे). गाडीचा रंग वेगळा आहे. फोटोतील गाडीचा नंबर MH 12 MY 5556 हा आहे. गाडी चालवणारी व्यक्ती अनोळखी आहे. माझी गाडी खरेदी केल्यापासुन गाडीवर नंबर प्लेटच्या वर गणपतीचे छोटे चित्र आहे आणि माझ्या गाडीवर साईराज हे नाव समोर छापलेले आहे. परंतु फोटोतील गाडीवर कोणतेही स्टीकर नाही.
३) अशा प्रकारे माझ्याकडुन एकुण ७०० रू दंड ट्राफिक पोलिसांनी वसुल केला. त्यांनी मला दंडाची पावती दिली नाही. ऑनलाईन पावती भेटेल असे सांगीतले. परंतु अद्याप एसएमएस देखील आला नाही.
माझी अशी विनंती आहे की माझ्या तक्रारीची शहानीशा करून माझ्याकडुन विनाकारण वसुल केलेला एकुण ७०० रू दंड ट्राफिक पोलीस, पुणे यांच्याकडुन परत मिळावा.

My vehicle was parked in a no oarking zone. Only the clamp was out. But the vehicle wasnt towed. Still i was charged Rs.719.20

I parked my 2 wheeler at Vishrantwadi. They toed away my vehicle and charged ₹600 for releasing it from Vishrantwadi RTO.

E challan no pnrcm[protected]
The challan made for the vehicle doesn't belong to me. The vehicle shown in the evidence images is BAJAJ Platina bike while my bike is YAMAHA FZS of green colour. I have not used my bike from last 15 days and I am the only user of my bike. So kindly check it and correct it.

Many vehicles (mainly four wheelers) are parked along side of Metro pillars. This is wrong side. It may become official parking, if not arrested today.
It will call for accident, since it is No Parking area.
Request to take suitable action & put No Parking boards at various locations

I got wrong E challan for without helmet but in picture bike is not belong to me as well as I am not person bike, I have honda unicorn MH12JY6526 black colour, I request you please look in it and revert this error.

Sir if the police sat behind the signal they catch photo from another side they hide himself not saw rider, at the momment they take photo and submite to e chalan, this is offence to torcher rider.They not made duty on chowk properly, they take cash and left the rider who abel to give him as cash.Simenteniousaly this transction not recorded in his duty.They intrest to take cash .Either they threating rider to get vehicle toward RTO dept.So we request to upper officer pls.personaly take action on those fraud trafic police/lady police.I hope you take further action.

My Vehicle with Registration number MH12RK1536 was parked in No Parking area for which I was charged Rs 719.20.
But I paid the fees on the place of No Parking itself and there was only clamp to my Vehicles front wheel. No Towing happened.
Still extra towing charges were included instead of charging me only Rs 200 for No Parking. Challan NUmber : PNCCT[protected]
