Opposite to Marathwad mitra mandals polytechnic Thergaon -411033, on kalewadi Pimpri road trafic signal is not working from last 10 days. All way lights are continuously red so it is confusing the vehicles. Please fix it as soon as possible or atleast turn it off.

On 23 Sep 2021 I came across a wrong challan (PNCCC[protected]) on my vehicle number MH12ES4275. The image clearly shows that the vehicle does not belong to me and also I am not that person in the image.
So, I kindly request you to cancel the e-challan on my vehicle and do the needful as soon as possible. I am hereby attaching the required details.

this is to inform you that i have been charged for 2 e-challan, where vehicle number is MH12SC0725 (Royal Enfield - Classic 350). Both the challans belongs to white Activa, secondly the image is not mine. Photos attached for your reference.

I have received 02 challan out of 02 one is mine but second one is not mine where last number is last number is same but first 02 digits are different. I have paid one challan but second is not mine then why I paid for same.

I have been wrongly issued the following traffic e-challan (Challan No - PNCCC[protected]). Please find the proof below.

This challan has been issued against my vehicle no
MH 12 QC 3883. My vehicle is a BLACK coloured TVS Jupiter. Please refer the photo (1.jpg) attached.

The CCTV photo attached in the e-challan is of a GREY scooter, and it's number plate looks like MH 12 OC 3883 (not QC). Please refer the photo (2.jpg) attached.

On comparing the 2 photos, you can clearly see that my black scooter is different from the grey one in the CCTV screenshot. Also, my vehicle is with me in Mumbai for the last 10 months, while this challan is issued for Laxmi Road, Pune on 15 Sept.

I request you to remove this wrong challan immediately from my vehicle.

The wrong challan is placed against my vehicle MH12RB0586, the photograph is not clear also not showing the vehicle number. The vehicle's colour shown in the picture is silver and my vehicle colour is "MATT BLACK". I have attached my vehicle picture(matt black one) along with this. I don't know how is this blunder happening inside a government office.
I request you to please take this case and cancel my challan as soon as possible as I have only tomorrow i.e.[protected] to approach this issue.

Today I received one notice from the Pune Traffic Police department saying that I had violated traffic rule on 09/02/2021 and challan for the same is still pending, now you have to pay before 25th September otherwise they will fine daily as a penalty, I thought I have missed challan message at that time so without wasting time anymore I clicked and paid the fine sum of rs 500/-, since I didn't remember about that traffic rule violation, I downloaded detailed PDF and checked attached image provided by Pune Traffic, then immediately i noticed that that is not my Activa, its someone else, I was thinking that someone using my number plate so I tried to check it closely but number was not clearly visible, so I am assuming Pune traffic controller noted wrong number and made challan over it.

I have been fined twice within 2 hours for not wearing helmet dated @7th March 2021 on 2.43 PM and 4.06 PM.
I apologize for my mistake to not wear a helmet and i have paid a fine regarding same for 1st challan.
Please wave off my other chalan as it was for same trip.

I have been issued a challan by the pune rural traffic police for violation of traffic rules.But the fact is that I was not in Pune or travelling anywhere as it was a lockdown in Maharashtra due to Covid-19 and I was at my hometown Solapur.Also I do not live in Pune though my car is registered with Pune RTO.When my car was in Solapur how can I violate the traffic rules?Kindly verify the details as this is completely false allegations against me.beleo are the details of the challan issued to me.

But Dt.23rd Sep 2021 I have received SMS from Pune Traffic Poice for pay fine again before 25th Sep 2021.

Today in the evening hours, I had parked my two wheeler bearing registration no MH12GM 8747 in Vishrantwadi, Pune in front of Jai Ganesh Viswa complex in the parking zone. The white marks on the ground are not visible. When I came back after my work, I found my two wheeler missing. Then on enquiry, found that my vehicle has been lifted by traffic police. I went to Traffic police station near mental corner and met the lady constable Mrs Karande who lifted my vehicle. I tried to convince her that my vehicle was not in no parking zone but she disagreed and compelled me to pay the fine of Rs 459.60 vide Maharashtra Traffic Police
Echallan No. PNCCT[protected] Fine:200.00 Towing Fee:220.00 + (GST:39.60). Now I feel harassed by this act of traffic police so I am lodging this complaint against her. Further, I should be refunded my fine along with Rs 10000/ penalty for harassing me, a law abiding citizen. The police must ensure proper parking/ no parking sign boards displayed at all the places, then book fine if violated.

Hello, I received wrong online challan PNCCM[protected]. The 2 wheeler image in the image attached shows number MH12GM5812 which does not belong to me. I do not have any 2 wheeler with that registration. Please correct the challan and send it to right person.
