My bike no MH12LC1529, i was going ravet chowk, pune, But traffica polices without Reason action for me as well as misbehaviour to me. i can't understand my mistake. i was clearly documents all as well as i display my Lisences. i always respect maharashtra polices . but it's totally wrong behaviour me.i hope this is clear in future.

My name is suryakant machale i was travling in my car mh 25 t 1071 in 28 th nov 2021 osmanabad to pune the police was stoping in uruili-kanchan i was stop my car and one police constable was talking me you are go now but other constable fined rs 1400both constable are miss understanding
then i showing my mobiles massage i show fined massge then i am going back uruli-kanchan and asking both constabls which reasion you fined me
the one police constable told me your not stoping then iam told this constable i was stop but another constable told me you go then the constable told me my miss understanding i will remove your fine but he was not remove
i will request you plese remove the fine

It is observed that wrong fine has been charged against my vehicle.

I can confirm this based on the Picture shared, it shows vehicle (Hero Splendor) with number MH12 MD04xx (Number not visible).
My vehicle number is MH12 MD0492 (Yamaha Fascino, Black Moded).

Requesting you to check and clear this fine from my vehicle as I haven't broken any rules.

Challan no and date PNCCC[protected] Dt:[protected]:17:51.55 . I am having Hero Xtreme two wheeler model but in the evidence i can some other model with same registration number as mine .

I received an SMS to my phone number on 28th Nov 2021, mentioning about a Lok Adalat notice for pre-litigation case about the non-payment of traffic violation challan - PNCCC[protected] for the amount of Rs.500 for not wearing a helmet on the bike. I had not received any SMS intimating me about this challan till date and hence I was not aware of this challan. I have attached the notice to this mail.

Also, attached the screenshot of the e-challan issued against my bike registration.

I want to bring to your notice that the photo evidence attached to this challan is not my bike nor the person is related to me. The registration number of the bike in the photo evidence is not clear and hence the challan has been mistakenly issued against my bike registration. The bike in the photo evidence is a Honda model. Attached the photo evidence attached to the e-challan and you can clearly see that it is not my bike.

My Bike model is Bajaj Avenger 220 DTSi
Registration number is MH12LY1891
Engine No. CFL22734
Chassis No. FCL29168
You can check the photo evidence of the other challans issued against me which have been paid to verify my bike.

Kindly request you to review my request for the cancellation of this issued wrongly against my bike registration at the earliest.

It has been observed that someone has incorrectly entered my vehicle number for "no parking fine".

I can confirm this based on the Picture shared, it that it shows a yellow number plate and I have a vehicle with white number place.
My vehicle number is MH12NP0245.

I had also submitted similar complain in pas as well however this fine seems to exists against my vehicle number.

Recently I have received a message from MHPECH stating "Lok Adalat notice or pre-litigation cases".

Requesting you to please clear this fine from my vehicle as I haven't broke any rules.

Dear Sir,
this is regarding i10 car no MH12FF8021 and Wrong traffic fine challan . challan no HSPCC[protected]dt 4/12/2020.. I have sold this car in 2019 and is now registered in Buldhana RTO. . The chasis no is 281398.
Still I have received the challan on mobile along with notice to appear in lokadalat on 19/12/21( notice no 135171/MHHSP/12112021 . The fine is Rs. 1000.
SInce I have already sold my car, we feel this challan is wrongly issued in my name .kindly arrange to cancel the challan.

There is a wrong challan imposed on my vehicle and I received a notice too for such wrong challan. Please refer to the attached photo which is uploaded along with the challan.. First of all that bike is not mine.. I don't have a white bike. Color of my bike is brown and secondly those people shown in the image are of course not related to me. request you to please remove the challan.

I got sms alert to appear before national lok adalat for not paying challan.

Also, image provided for challan shows a 2-wheller scooter.
Are they not able to see the correct number and for them 4-wheeler car is similar to a 2-wheeler scooter?

Please help me to resolve this challan as date mention in above challan to appear in court is 11-dec-2021.
Otherwise I will be left with the option to file legal case for mental harassment.

I have paid 3 e challans for vehicle number MH12DY4979 today morning ie 28 november 2021 through UPI Google pay. Still I havent received any receipt and those 3 challans are still showing as unpaid challan. Please note the challan numbers are,

Today we received a SMS mentioning that we have unpaid challan for Rs. 500 against challan number PNCCC[protected] dt. 16.04.2021.

Please note the image shown of the vehicle shows number MH12DC1490, however the challan is done on MH12RC1490.

This is not our vehicle.

So request you to please cancell our challan and raise the challan on concerned vehicle / person.

I have attached image of the vehicle as shown in challan for your reference.

I have received a traffic violation challan for my two-wheeler with registration number MH12DF5693 from Pune Traffic police. According to the picture captured it's not my two-wheeler. My two-wheeler is Honda Activa black color. The vehicle in the picture is TVS Scooty. Please see the attached image which I downloaded from the e-Challan website.

I think by mistake they have registered a complaint about my bike. Please correct it from your end.

The wrong challan was placed against my vehicle MH12 RJ 6450(TVS Wego). The photograph is not clear also does not show the vehicle number and the vehicle is a bullet in the photograph. don't know why these things are happening in digitalization. request you to cancel the below challan PNCCC[protected].
