With all the due respect to all our officers, i am writing to clarify my doubts.
As a law student and being hr, i am well aware that overspeeding charges are not the 1000 rs for first incident as per mva (112r/w s 183 (1).
I have been charged 1000 rs at kamshet - i tunnel exit on 09/08/2020 at 12:34:15for having speed of 110 km/hr which supposed to be not more than 100 km/hr.

Let me put a light on above incident -
1) most of cars have analog speedometer and nobody can keep an eye on speedometer all the time (If we do that we know the obvious result).
2-not all the cars have cruise control ; so that all vehicles can drive on set speed limit all the way.
3- there has to be some tolerance of 10km/hr for error, misinterpretation or anything.
4- if i over speed then also check the calibration of your device and there upper and lower tolerance
