My scooter isn't in working condition since last 1 year. Also my scooter is mahindra rodeo but in picture it's some another scooter. Looks like activa n number also not visible properly. Still they fined me with e challan....

I wasn't there at that time !! Triple seat/violence/without license !!
That is impossible. Why there is no proof against me ??
Even i didn't went on that road too... !!...

Today i received a Challan from Maharashtra traffic police for my bike.
Challan No: PNRCM[protected]
Vehicle No: MH12LX0697
This challan was created in Pune today and My bike and me is in Karnataka from last two months.
I am not sure how they generated this challan on my bike.
Also, the image captured shows that bike is motorcycle with gear and cant see even bike number in image and they send challan to...

I saw the picture proof and am sure that it isn't my vehicle. My vehical is made by hyundai and in a picture of proof is suzuki. There has been some typing or problem regarding the reading of the vehicle number. Also, the area i reside in is hadapsar and haven't been in or around the pictured address since the initial lockdown commenced.

I am driving bike and then all of them are stop all bikes one of them say make challen when i want to go someone make challen when i ask he tell me its make mistaken so you dont need to pay go but its wrong we need clarification

On 30.05.2020 two vehicles (Mh14 dt 4785 owned by mr. Niranjan dake & mh14 fx 2894 owned by mr. Vilas deshmukh) were parked right in the middle of the entrance gate of indian bank, pimple saudagar branch due to which main entrance of the bank was blocked for almost more than 2 hrs. Today i got wrong e challan having challan number hspcm[protected] for my activa.in this lockdown i haven't went out from last so many days and even then i got e challan with description as lane cutting.

Even the image attached to challan is not showing image of my vehicle (Mehroon colour activa)...

My father drives auto rickshaw mh12hc0275
And he has received challan for no helmet.

When challan details are checked the photograph is taken of a two wheeler.
So it clearly some wrong vehicle number has been put to give wrong challan to my father.

E challan pnccc[protected] is raised on my vehical no mh14 fr7447 on date 26/06/2020 13:51 of rs 500 for reason without helmet. The image shows vehicle of color red with blur vehicle no and my vehicle color is white activa. Please check attached image of my vehicle. My bike no. Is mh12jd9579 today i am at travels from dattawadi to fc road. I am always wearing helmet and today also wearing helmet but my challan is generated because of helmet.
But in image clearly shows another bikes photo is attached an his challan came to me.
Plzz resolve my issue....

We checked the website and found out that the above challan is on our vehicle number MH12KE3218.

Reason : Without Uniform

When we checked the Photo ... it is of Auto Rickshaw having registration Number MH12KH3218

whereas

Our vehicle bearing above Registration Number MH12KE3218 is a Private Car ( Maruti Alto make )

Hence request to cancel / withdraw the challan....

I mr kadam dj owner of splendor reg no mh-12-dq-9152 and today 20/06/2020 i received sms of fine generated challan pnccc[protected] but in preview of camera picture wrongly mentioned activa reg no mh-14-oq-9152 in my name please kindly do the needful

I have received an e-challan or rs.500/= for not wearing a helmet while riding my scooter mh 12 ru 0167 near gold club chowk.

But there is a mistake as the image on the echallan is not my scooter (Tvs jupiter) but some other motorbike. The number on the image is not matching with my vehicle number.in fact the scooter was parked in my residence when this incident is claimed to happen.

The pune metro work on karve road near garware college is complete at ground level and all barricade sheets too have been removed. The "parallel car parking" should be started and all are doing so, without causing any traffic problem. Eventually parallel car parking was to be resumed after metro work at ground level was completed. But the no parking board's are not removed and fine challans are being generated. Can this be sorted out please?...
