On[protected] my activa was at home.
No one is driving it
Plus image attached as proof was fake
It doesn't depict clear vehicle number
We always wear helmet whenever using two wheeler.
Second thing is the location give is ganjave chowk. We never went to any such area.
Please do the needful and cancel this. Wrong challan asap

I received e-challan pmccm[protected] on 05/01/2020 for payment of rs. 200 for parking the vehicle in no parking area. The vehicle numbers in the image is mh14 eq1543 tvs jupiter in the image.

My vehicle no. Is mh14 es1543. Images which are available online on e-challan site shows white tvs jupiter, however, my vehicle is black honda shine.

Its wrong challan generated. Kindly cancel the same. Also refer attached photograph and e challan.

I have got an e-challan on 15-dec-2019 for not wearing helmet while driving my 2 wheeler with no - mh12py1409.
I never drive with out the helmet so i checked the image attached with the e-challan. The man in the image is not me nor the vehicle in image is mine.in the image the vehicle no. Is not clear and so the challan is given on my name i suppose. Kindly do the need full and cancel the challan. Echallan no - pnccc[protected]

Hello team,

I obeyed the rule today at shashtri nagar signal when police cop name - girish sawant ganjare stopped me during orange traffic light but still other colleague and fined me on the edge of zebra crossing and fined rs200.

Later on he came and showed me another challan receipt of rs1000 of year 2018. I have never received any message or any challan information till date. Vehicle details are not available clearly. I have also checked my mparivahan app and there is no challan details mentioned here.

I have paid all the amount but need investigation and justice on this.

Statement from sawant - “orange light par fast karke nikal jaate to theek rehta, phir mein challan nhi karwata”.

I have been issued with faulty e challan for driving without helmet PNCCC[protected]. I have a Maruti Eeco MH 12 FY 6921. The challan is used for Activa with vehicle no.6921. The image display shows the same. Kindly resolve the matter and issue challan to correct person.

I have recently moved from chennai to pune. I have brought my bike having chennai registration to pune with all the documents along with noc.
Yesterday i mistakenly park a bike in no parking area and police took the bike to yerwada police station.
I went there and paid all amount for no parking fine but police officer mr prakash daundakar is not ready to give my bike. He is asking me to pay the road tax amount and taken my licence also
As per i know i can use my bike up to 11 months and till that time i can reregister my bike please let me correct if i am wrong
Mr. Prakash behaviour was so rude
I lost my bike, please help

I was issued with wrong e-challan for triple seat in Junnar road on Saturday(4th Jan 2020).
The same day i was not in pune district, i was in Diveagar. I have the supporting proofs of being in Diveagar.
Request you to validate the same.

In your image no seen by my vehicle was no parking area then which type of right you give me fine. Please check image no any road or no any remark.
I want to explanation on it as early as possible.
I am submit my fine now, but it is illegal so refund it.

In your image evidence there was not my bike not me photograph, i always wear helmet this picture number is not visible my bike number is mh12sj2910 appache 160 RTR this evidence bike is not my bike and not me this evidence is wrong pls consider my request and cancel the challan

Mh12gp4654 is a bike, pulsar 150 dtsi silver and i reside in pune, but i have been charged incorrectly for a car speed violation may be the number of the car is (Mh12gf4654) which looks similar and the system has generated false challan - hspcc[protected] for by bike at location devale bus stop, nh166, dabhole kh., maharashtra 415803, india.
I have attached the car photo for which i have been charged incorrectly.

Today i have recieved echallan no. [protected] for a fine of Rs 500. The charge is not wearing helmet as shown in the image of 2 wheeler MH12 PT 4870 . However, i do not own this scooter but own a Maruti CIAZ car with the same number ! Please take necessary action to cancel the challan at the earliest.

One pickle vendor parks his vehicle no. Mh12 pq9171 on samarth road opposite raj beautiful stores near state bank of india in the evening for retail business. He parks the vehicle on the corner obstructing traffic on the road as his customers park their scooters near his vehicle thereby cause accidents on the busy corner in the evening.
He does not observe basic parking rules of p1/p2 parking on this road.

I requested him many times to desist from parking his vehicle on the corner and observe parking rules, but he just does not bothers. Already some accidents have occurred causing minor injuries to pedestrians.

You are requested to take suitable action on priority.

Mh16bt1884 and my car no is mh16by1854 so please correct your mistake as much as early.

I am getting e-challans,
1: pnccc[protected]- date of challan: 14-dec-2019 15:54-paid by mistake
2: pnccc[protected]-date of challan: 21-dec-2019 16:12-not paid

My vehicle number is mh12-pg-0908, not mh12-pg-908, my activa is of blue color, where as activa-4g in challans is white in color. Even person riding is not me.

I always wear helmet while driving and never violates any rules.
I am paying for someone else mistake.
Traffic police should check all details before publishing challans

Please resolve this at the earliest

I received an e challan pmccm[protected] for driving on wrong side on 23-dec-2019 16:38. At this time my vehicle was in quadron business park as i work in 12 pm to 9 pm shift. I was provided with photo of vehicle and it is not my bike. Challan was supposed to be for mh 14 hx 6578 but it was issued to mh 14 hx 6571 which is my bike. Bike shown in the picture is yamaha mt-15 abs but my bike is cb shine limited edition.

Kindly look into this matter and close the challan issued to me mistakenly.

Looking forward to solution.

But i found the image the bike exciting in the image is not mine and the number is mh12-mp-2390 and this is not activa.
By mistaken it placed on me. I am not going on that address and my wife always use the helmet.
Please resolve it and remove the case from e challan portal asap.

But my name is prashant shinde and i do not own any vehicle with the above number. This challan is wrongly sent to my mobile number [protected].

Please check this at your end and please sort it out.

Dear sir/madam, i have recieved e challay number ptpchc[protected] dated 18-feb-2019 12:23. The violation mentioned is not waring helmet.

Kind and humble request to check your data because the vehicle in the photo ia not my vehicle. The lady in photo is not me and the number is not my vehicle number (Mh12lb8592). The vehicle number plate is apple shaped, and my vehicle number shape is different. Please note my vehicle ia gray colour not white. Also i strictly avoide and never carry lpg gas cylinder for reason personal and social safety. I always ware helmet since this is law established by traffic department for every two wheeler rider.

Please do not charge for violation that i have never committed. I request you to cancel this challan and hopefully will have justice.

It is regarding the payment of rs. 500 for challan and reason is not wearing the helmet. However the vehicle number in the image is mh-12 py 0421or 4921 not visible properly and my vehicle no. Is mh-12 'py' 4421. Also, images which are available online on e-challan site shows different vehicle (I. E. Bullet) and different bike person and in reality, my vehicle is honda sb shine even the person who is driving is not me.

I hereby request you to please cancel all these e - challans or assign the same to the right person.

मी गौरव.केंडे, गाडी नाव व नंबर-पल्सर एम एच 27 ये एस-8833.कोथरूड वर्ण नलस्टॉप या दिशेने जात होतो.त्यावेळी सिग्नल लाल असताना गाडी बंद होती त्यावेळी डोक्याला लावले हेल्मेट गाडीच्या टाकीवर ठेवले व घाम पुसत असताना ट्राफिक कर्मचाऱ्यांनी(अनोळखी) पाठीमागं फोटो काढले.मी हेल्मेट कॅप घातलेली आहे.हे दंड व ई-चलन चुकीचे आहे तरी हे रद्द करण्यात यावे ही विनंती.

But in both cases photos shows only parking in no parking zone. No driver sat on scooter. So how 1st challan is valid.
So please arrange to cancel 1st challan of not wearing helmet asap. See photos.

Today i got a message for echallan - for without helmet

Echallan no - pnccc[protected]

Violation date & time — 05-dec-2019 09:12

But from image it clear the vehicle number is not read correctly.

My vehicle number mh14el6702 is an honda activa.

The vehicle in picture is a motocyle with number mh14 *l6702

Putting *, since its definitely not e, it is some other alphabet.
I leave this to police judgement.

Request you to please consider this as my application to remove this wrong e-challan under my vechicle

I had crossed the signal and just at that moment the signal became yellow still i an fined for this. Even couple of vehicles passed after me but they were not stopped and fined. When asked why this is so, the traffic police said you should have speed up your car then i would have not charged you. He was not in mood to listen anything and raised a challan through device. Such a irresponsible and illegal suggestion by a traffic police.

Request you to please check and cancel the challan. The challan no. Is pnccc[protected].

Awaiting to know what action is taken on such behaviors of police. His name is nitin salvi.

I observed a wrong e-challan being issued against my two-wheeler on 25th april 2019. The challan number is pmccm[protected]. The route is given as 476, dehu - alandi rd, tukaram nagar, talawade gaon, talwade, pimprichinchwad, maharashtra 411062, india. I have never traveled on this route on that day as it was thursday and i came to bavdhan where my office is situated, i have my travel details with my if required. Please remove the charges as it is showing unpaid and added to the record.

There is another paid record listed the name is mentioned is jagadish and the license number is not mine as ptpchm[protected], dated 15-aug-2017 11:49. On that day i was at home and my name and license number is also different.
