[Resolved] Pureit / Hindustan Unilever — machine broke more than 12 times in 1 year | |||
My machine ultima ro+uv broke more than a dozen times in 1 year. When i ask for replacement they promise a call back which never happens. I have posted the same on facebook, on your website but i don't get any response except sorry for the inconvenience, i am sorry to hear about this. I have purchased your product for purified drinking water and you are making my life worse by not even having drinking water at home. You are denying basic right of drinking water.
